Robot would like to surprise (regular) customers and create brand awareness. To achieve this, Loyalty Makers took an approach of providing a large number of packages of floor heating materials with an on-pack premium each year.
Advantages of the on-pack premium
On-pack is a sales promotion technique where a communication message or premium is included in the packaging of the main product. Office wholesaler Viking once started this trend by adding pink-and-yellow marshmallow to shipments. By employing this strategy for Robot, we are creating a stronger brand perception. The premium comes as a surprise to the recipient and is more tangible than simply a purchase discount. The finer the buying or unpacking experience, the more likely customers will share their enthusiasm and remain loyal.
Design
Because our creative team additionally provides the on-pack premiums with a branded design, they become stand-alone products that provide continuous exposure to the Robot brand.
Warm at home
Plopping on the couch after a hard day’s work with a bowl of popcorn or warm socks. A small gesture, much appreciation!
Distributed
Because laying an underfloor heating system is a job that requires several people, we come up with several on-pack premiums that are meant to be distributed.
